we host paid workshops & classes on a 75/25 split, with 75% going to the instructor and 25% to the studio. instructors process their own ticket sales and pay out the 25% commission rate to the studio on the date of the class.

hourly rentals for photoshoots, events, and meetings are available on a sliding scale of $15-$25/hr. full day rentals are available on a case by case basis, please reach out to inquire further.

a number of free meeting hours are available for mutual aid groups & community care orgs, please reach out to ask about free meeting hours.

palm + pine is small ! the space is around 350sq ft and comfortably fits 10-15 people depending on context of use. for hands-on seated classes & workshops, we recommend a max of 10 participants.

palm + pine is unfortunately not ADA compliant. there are two small steps up to the entrance and the building has narrow doorframes.

there is free parking available all along westwood place as well as a small gravel lot behind the building that fits 5-6 vehicles.
